Medium-high intensity green fruit profile
In the mouth it is balanced, with a non-aggressive spicy tang and medium bitterness and sweetness and without astringency.
Secondary notes of cut grass combined with hints of hazelnut, green tomato, fennel or green banana, as well as touches of artichoke or tomato. The whole is aromatic and balanced in the mouth, very pleasant for all types of consumers.
At a culinary level, it is a profile suitable for all types of cooking operations, both hot and cold. Especially when looking for a profile that is not too dominant.
