Our oil is 95% of the production of the Arbequina variety and the remaining 5% of the Rojal and Negret varieties, among others.

Great richness in green sensations
Medium-intense green fruity profile with ripe hints. In the mouth it has an aggressive spicy tip, with a strong bitterness, a sweetness also evident, despite the bitterness, and a clear astringency in the mouth.
Secondary aromas of vegetable type, with clear connotations of cut grass, with sensations of tomato or fennel, as well as light touches of almond, and green walnut, which defines the sweetness in the mouth.
Oil without obvious defects. The positive profile corresponds to a very good oil .
