Our oil is 95% of the production of the Arbequina variety and the remaining 5% of the Rojal and Negret varieties, among others.

Great richness in green sensations
Medium fruity profile with notes of green and ripe olives. In the mouth they balance spicy and sweet, with a lighter bitterness and final astringency that does not seem to interfere with the profile.
Secondary aromas of cut grass, almond, fennel or tomato, with faint hints of olive leaf or artichoke.
Almondy finish, which provides softness in the mouth. The whole is balanced, aromatic and very correct, it will surely please all types of consumers.
At a culinary level, it can fit into all kinds of recipes where oil is another ingredient. It can also pair well with sweet or acidic foods, such as carpaccio and fruit salads.
